Foresight TPA has upgraded the capabilities of their Member Eligibility and Claims lookup software. Foresight TPA has moved to a more integrated package that will work in real-time with their claims processing software. As a result of differences in the software you will need to re-register to use the new lookup. The file below "Instructions.PDF" details what you need to do to register:
